Beemer Balancer Recall Notice

I received a letter from Beemer Balancers yesterday stating that they had used the incorrect ring gauge to verify the 20 & 25mm diameters on the stepped cones in there balancing kit(s). These diameters may be .0005" oversize making them a tight fit or impossible to use. If you have purchased a Beemer Balancer very recently, like at the National Rally, contact Beemer Balancers.

They believe this only affects units sold after July.

Note: I purchased mine in Late April and they worked fine on my 02 LT. Beemer Balancers still sent me replacements just as a preventative measure.

What's a Beemer Balancer?

Hello Roy,

I'm new to a bemmer and have read adds for Beemer Balancer's. What is the purpose?

Regards,
MrBee
