Rev'it now available in Calgary

For those Albertans who are interested in Rev'it apparel, Blackfoot (no association) has brought in an order of stuff, to see what the interest is.

There was even an Infinity suit (drool) on display, last week. Only 1600 bucks.

Jeff, the BMW sales rep noticed my Revit suit when I picked up my F800GS and mentioned theat they would be selling the brand now. I can vouch for the quality of the gear having done some feild crash testing on my first one. I'm now on the second set which was paid for by my insurance company, and hope not to do any further tests on it.

I'll have to go down there and have a look before someone buys the stuff. I promised myself this would be the year I would buy any more farkles for my bike or myself... made it a whole two weeks so far. :whistle

You can rationalize the purchase by reminding yourself of the cost saving in not having to fly to Ontario, or a major U.S. city, for the fitting. :D

Good riding gear is not a farkle its a necessary piece of vital protective equipment without which one cannot responsibly ride a motorcycle. :whistle

Hope that loophole can help you justify the purchase and still keep to your commitment. :thumb

ON Article

Just read the test report in the 'ON' today... sounds pretty good but $$$$. Not sure I am ready for a one piece - is it 'old school' or just 'old'?

:rolleyes
