Brown sidestand

I'm sure this has been asked and answered at some time....but I've ordered a Brown sidestand from Bob's, which hopefully will arrive tomorrow. For those who've done it...just how easy is it to install. I'm heading off Tuesday for the East coast for six days, and having a working sidestand is really important with he bike loaded.
