05 K1200lt center stand problems

Ive got a low mileage 1200lt with center stand problems, starts to go down then stops when it tries to lift the bike. Had a small drip of oil underneath it after winter storage so seems like there is a seal gone. First, where does it draw the oil for hydraulics from, and second, how difficult is it to change the seal. The BMW shop manual tells you nothing. You can get hold of me at kmh@politiriaviation.com if you have any ideas that may help me out. Love you guys.

Just looking at the parts fiche shows that there are no parts for the actuator. The whole actuator is over $1100. At least there are no parts sold by BMW. It may use a part that you can get at a local bearing/seal supplier.
