Paint for K100 frame

Is the frame gloss black, like my old airhead?

For both gloss and a satin I have been using Krylon spray that has both a primer and final coat in 1. This saves a step because I would guess you will need to sand and "feather" the existing paint. If you would have to sand to bare metal, the primer/final coat in 1 works well.

Once paint dries (in just 20 or so minutes) to touch, you can leave it for a week or so, then using Dupont polishing compound to rub out.

Works well for me.
